1. A customer should read the product description properly before placing the order in NaurinsMirror.com. Also please note that product color may vary a little depending on the device you are viewing!
2. Please fill out the registration information properly as like name, address, phone number (must mention the cell phone number), email address so that we can easily track your address, number & make our delivery smooth.
3. As NaurinsMirror.com is an online-based shopping site, though it has an office (Address: House 5b, Road-126, Gulshan-1, Dhaka). For any kind of clarification, clients can make a call before placing the order & make sure that if the product is suitable for his/her.
4. You can return the product within 3 days of placing the order Also product must be in new condition & not used!
5. If clients place order more than 1000 taka in case of cash on delivery, he/she has to pay 50% of the placing order. The advance payment can be received through online payment/ pay by phone (like Bkash, Rocket, Nagod)/ internet banking. If any clients ordered from outside of Dhaka City Corporation, he/she has to pay a full advance of the placing order in any amount. However, 100% advance is applicable for any kind of customized product.
6. Delivery Charge is only 60 taka inside Dhaka & 100 taka for outside Dhaka.
7. In some cases clients demand urgent/ same-day delivery. In this case of urgent/ same-day delivery, a client has to bear the delivery charge & it’ll be 300 taka. ***Right now we don’t have any urgent/ same-day delivery option.
8. In case of international delivery, a client must have bear the international delivery charges (Though right now we don’t have any international shipping policy).
